Ingredients

  • 750 ml of red wine
  • 200 g of sugarcane, cut into small pieces
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 star anise
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • Zest of one orange
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 100 g of sugar (adjust to taste)

Preparation steps

  1. In a large saucepan, pour the red wine.
