Sangria Cucumber

Amazing cucumber-based Sangria recipe.


Ingredients

  • 60 g Cointreau
  • 50 cl Red Wine
  • 40g Cognac
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 100 g Pears
  • 70 g Orange
  • 1 Clove
  • Coriander
  • Cinnamon
  • 70g Cane Sugar Syrup
  • 1 seed of Cardamom

Preparation steps

  1. Wash, peel and dice the fruit.
  2. Pour the wine, Cointreau and cognac into a large bowl.
  3. Add the diced fruit, cardamom seed, clove, coriander, cinnamon and cane syrup.
  4. Stir with a large spoon.
  5. Wash, peel and dice the cucumbers.
  6. Add them to the preparation.
  7. Book in the fridge for a minimum of 24 hours.
