Christmas Punch with Champagne

A delicious recipe for tasty and warm Christmas punch.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Champagne
  • 25 cl Clementine Juice
  • 12 cl Pineapple juice
  • 5 cl White Rum
  • 1 dash of Cognac
  • 1 lime
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 piece fresh ginger
  • 1 Star anise

Preparation steps

  1. Wash, peel and cut the fresh ginger into 4 pieces.
  2. Add it to a large bowl with the rum, cognac, cinnamon stick, star anise and lemon zest.
  3. Pour the juice of a lime into the preparation.
  4. Scrape a vanilla bean and add it to the bowl.
  5. Stir with a large spoon.
  6. Add the clementine and pineapple juice.
  7. Book at the covered cost for a minimum of 24 hours.
  8. Add the champagne bottle when ready to serve.
