Tropic'old

Ingredients

• 4 cl of very old rum
• 10 cl Pineapple juice
• 1.5 cl Cane syrup
• 1/2 fresh lime
• 1 slice ginger

Preparation steps

1. Cut the half lemon into wedges.
2. Add it to a shaker.
3. Using a cocktail muddler, gently crush.
4. Add some ice cubes.
5. Pour in all the ingredients.
6. Shake energetically.
7. Pour into a cocktail glass



Decoration : Add a slice of pineapple to the edge of the glass where you will have previously prick a pineapple leaf and a candied cherry.
