Blueberry smoothie

An ideal smoothie for breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 velvety yogurt types
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 handles of blueberries

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Add it to a blender with the yogurt, blueberries and a few ice cubes.
  3. Mix for a few minutes.
  4. Serve in bowls or cups
  5. Put some blueberries on top
