100% energetic and healthy smoothie!


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 400 g Raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 Banana

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Wash the raspberries and blueberries.
  3. Add them to a blender with honey and a few ice cubes.
  4. Mix several seconds.
  5. Pour into a smoothie glass.

  6. Decoration: Add a bunch of red fruit.
