Ginger and Banana Smoothie

Smoothie ideal to find tone with ginger and banana.


Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Peel and grate the ginger.
  3. Press the orange and lemon directly into a blender.
  4. Place the cut and grated fruit in the blender with the honey and a few ice cubes.
  5. Mix several seconds.
  6. Serve in smoothie glasses.
