Smoothie only fruits

Delicious smoothie, refreshing and without added sugar!


Ingredients

  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 250 g Strawberries

Preparation steps

  1. Wash all the fruit.
  2. Go for the strawberries.
  3. Peel and slice the banana.
  4. Add the chopped fruit to a blender.
  5. Squeeze the juice from the lemons, oranges and grapefruit directly into the blender.
  6. Add the raspberries and a few ice cubes.
  7. Mix several seconds.
  8. Pour into smoothie glasses.

  9. Decoration: Add two strawberries cut in half and a few raspberries.
