Virgin Mojito with Strawberry

Ingredients

• 20 cl of sparkling water
• 10 mint leaves
• 6 Strawberries
• 1/2 Lime
• 2 tsp cane sugar syrup

Preparation steps

1. Dice the lemon and cut the strawberries into quarters.
2. Add half the diced lemon and strawberries to each glass with 5 mint leaves and cane syrup.
3. Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
4. Fill with crushed ice.
5. Extend with sparkling water.
6. Stir from bottom to top with a spoon.



Decoration: Add a strawberry cut in half and the rest of the mint leaves.
