Berry Blush Cocktail

Ingredients

• 5 cl of vodka
• 5 fresh strawberries
• 4 cl of concentrated cranberry juice
• 1 cl of fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 cl of cane sugar syrup
• 6.5 cl of sparkling water
• 8 to 10 ice cubes

Preparation steps

1. Crush 4 strawberries in the base of a shaker.
2. Add 5 or 6 ice cubes, vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
3. Secure the top of the shaker and shake vigorously for about 8 to 10 seconds.
4. Place 3 or 4 ice cubes in a highball glass.
5. Strain the shaker's content into the glass using both an ice strainer and a pulp strainer.
6. Top up with sparkling water.
7. Garnish with the remaining strawberry, cut in half and placed in the glass.
