Multifruit and Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 310 ml of orange juice, preferably calcium-fortified
  • 1 banana
  • 310 g of frozen berries (such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries)
  • 120 g of low-fat silken tofu or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 15 g of sugar (optional)

Preparation steps

  1. In a blender, pour the orange juice, add the banana, frozen berries, tofu (or yogurt), and sugar (if using).
  2. Cover the blender and blend until the mixture becomes creamy.
