Ingredients

  • 400 ml of Water
  • 2 tablespoons of Agave Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of Fruity Green Tea
  • 4 Pink Lady Apples
  • 150 g of Raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cm piece of Ginger

Preparation steps

  1. Infuse the green tea in boiling water and then let it cool.
  2. Peel and core the apples, then cut them into quarters.
  3. Peel and slice the ginger and banana into rounds.
  4. Gently wash the raspberries under running water.
  5. In a blender, add the fruits, cooled tea, and agave syrup.
  6. Blend everything for a few seconds until you have a smooth and slightly frothy mixture.
  7. Place your smoothie in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 48 hours.
  8. Serve chilled in suitable smoothie glasses.
