Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes or 2 cups of frozen mango
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Honey

Preparation steps

  1. Steep the green tea bags in boiling water.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the mangoes and remove the seeds. Put the mango flesh into your blender. If using frozen mango, you can add it directly.
  3. Add ice, half a frozen banana, and optionally a tablespoon of honey into the blender.
  4. Once the tea has cooled down, remove the tea bags and pour the tea into the blender.
