White Melon and Banana Smoothie

 Refresh yourself with this sweet and creamy smoothie that combines sugary white melon with the creamy texture of banana. Enhanced with natural yogurt and a touch of honey, this smoothie is perfect for a healthy snack or a quick refreshment at any time of the day. 


Ingredients

  • 500 g white melon (Timon), ripe
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 240 ml natural yogurt
  • 15 ml honey
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation steps

  1. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, and chop the flesh into small pieces.
  2. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
  3. Place the melon, banana, yogurt, and honey in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Optionally, add ice cubes and blend again.
  6. Serve in a glass and enjoy immediately.
