Banana and Date Smoothie

A delicious smoothie with pieces of dates.


Ingredients

  • 1 Yogurt brewed
  • 10 Dates pitted
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 teaspoon red sugar
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Cut out the dates.
  3. Add the fruit to a blender with the sugar, cinnamon and yogurt.
  4. Mix a few minutes.
  5. Add ice cubes to a smoothie glass and pour in the mixture.

  6. Decoration: Add a skewer of dates.
