Carambar Banana Smoothie

Very greedy smoothie based on banana and carambar.


Ingredients

  • 25 cl Milk
  • 1 Bulgarian yogurt
  • 12 Carambars
  • 1 tablespoon red sugar
  • 2 Bananas

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and slice the bananas.
  2. Add the carambars to a saucepan with the milk.
  3. Cook for a few seconds until the carambars melt.
  4. Leave to cool for 3 hours.
  5. Pour the carambar milk into a blender with the yogurt, sugar and banana slices.
  6. Mix several seconds.
  7. Pour into smoothie glasses.

  8. Decoration: Add whipped cream and some caramel popcorn
