Vitality Smoothie

A smoothie with Baomix which is a natural antioxidant.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Baomix
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Tea
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup rehydrated Goji Berry
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Pear
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal (optional)

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and cut the banana and pear into pieces.
  2. Add them to a blender with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix a few seconds.
  4. Add water if necessary.
  5. Pour into smoothie glasses.
  6. For an even fuller smoothie, add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal before mixing
