Vitamin Smoothie

Perfect smoothie to fill up with vitamins! To be enjoyed in the morning to start the day!


Ingredients

  • 20 cl Milk
  • Green tea syrup
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 Oranges
  • 3 Kiwis

Preparation steps

  1. Wash, peel and cut all the fruit.
  2. Place them in a blender with the milk and syrup.
  3. Mix several seconds.
  4. Switch to chinois strainer preparation.
  5. Serve in smoothie glasses.

  6. Decoration: Add a slice of kiwi and lemon
