Smoothie from elsewhere

Smoothie with flavours from elsewhere, to be tested absolutely.


Ingredients

  • 20 cl plain yogurt
  • 20 cl Coconut milk
  • 4 Walnuts
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 pods Cardamom

Preparation steps

  1. Pelez la mangue et la banane et les coupez en morceaux.
  2. Peel the nuts off.
  3. Add the fruit to a blender with the coconut milk and yogurt.
  4. Mix for a few minutes, until you get a smooth and frothy preparation.
  5. Crush the cardamom and add it.
  6. Mix again for a few seconds.
  7. Pour into smoothie glasses.
