A smoothie with avocado Hass


Ingredients

  • 60 cl Semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Hass avocados from Peru
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Mix about 30 seconds.
  3. Keep cool for several minutes so that the smoothie is fresh.
  4. Serve in smoothie glasses.
