Cherry-Mocha Smoothie

 Start your day with a delightful and healthy boost with the Cherry-Mocha Smoothie. This smoothie blends the rich flavors of cocoa and coffee with the sweetness of cherries and bananas, enriched with a hint of almond. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack, it is both nourishing and delicious. 


Ingredients

  • 240 ml unsweetened chocolate almond milk
  • 150 g vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 120 g frozen unsweetened pitted dark sweet cherries
  • ½ medium banana
  • 30 gr almond butter
  • 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 g instant espresso coffee powder
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 480 g ice cubes
  • Garnish: Dark chocolate shavings, chocolate-covered espresso beans

Preparation steps

  1. In a blender, add the cherries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, cocoa powder, almond butter, espresso powder, and vanilla.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes; cover and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and, if desired, top with chocolate shavings, chocolate-covered espresso beans, and additional banana slices.
