Cocktail from southern Spain based on wine.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Sherry
  • 2 cl Brandy
  • 2 cl white rum
  • 1/4 teaspoon Angostura bitters

Preparation steps

  1. Add the sherry, brandy, white rum and angostura in a mixing glass.
  2. Then stir gently with a spoon.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pre-freshened martini glass.

    4. Decoration: Add a slice of orange.
