An IBA cocktail that requires some specific ingredients such as Mezcal and maraschino.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Mezcal
  • 1.5 cl Jamaican white rum
  • 1.5 cl Falernum syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Maraschino Luxardo liqueur
  • 2.25 cl lime juice
  • 1.5 cl sugar syrup
  • 1 teaspoon egg white

Preparation steps

  1. In a shaker half filled with ice, hit all the ingredients
  2. Filter and serve in a cocktail glass with or without ice
