Ingredients

• 2 cl white rum 40%
• 2 cl dark rum
• 2 cl Old Rhum
• 1.5 cl Squeezed lime juice
• 1.5 cl of honey
• 2 cl sparkling water

Preparation steps

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Pour in the alcohols, lime juice and honey.
3. Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
4. Energetically stir the shaker.
5. Pour the mixture into the cocktail glass by filtering the ice cubes from the shaker.
6. Dilute with a cup of sparkling water



Decoration : Add a slice of lime to the edge of the glass.
