Mojito St Raph

Ingredients

• 4 cl 40% white rum
• 4 cl Saint Raphael red
• 2 cl cane syrup
• 2 cl Seltzer water
• 3 cl squeezed lime juice
• 8 Fresh mint leaves

Preparation steps

1. In a mojito glass, pour in the cane sugar, lime juice and mint leaves.
2. Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
3. Add some crushed ice.
4. Add the rum, seltzer water (made with a siphon) and the red Saint Raphael.
5. Stir with a spoon from bottom to top.



Decoration: Add a head of fresh mint, a slice of lime cut in half. and 1 raspberry to the glass
