Daiquiri Strawberry Mint

Ingredients

• 6 cl dark rum
• 2 cl Lime juice
• 1 dash Strawberry Syrup
• 6 Mint leaves
• 3 Strawberries

Preparation steps

1. Wash and remove the strawberries.
2. Add them to a shaker with the strawberry syrup, lemon juice and mint leaves.
3. Using a cocktail muddler, gently crush.
4. Pour in the rum.
5. Strike with crushed ice.
6. Filter twice with a Chinese.
7. Pour into a cocktail glass.



Decoration: Add a strawberry, a slice of lemon and a head of mint.
