A refreshing alcoholic cocktail based on tea, white wine, rum and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cl White wine
  • 3 cl Apple juice
  • 1.5 cl white rum
  • 9 cl tea infusion
  • Sugar
  • 1/2 cl Lemon juice

Preparation steps

  1. Make a tea and let it cool for several minutes.
  2. Add a few ice cubes to a shaker.
  3. Stir in tea, lemon juice, apple juice, rum, wine and sugar.
  4. Shake energetically.
  5. Pour into a cocktail glass
  6. Add a small slice of apple for decoration
