Thermomix Mojito

Ingredients

• 12 cl white rum
• 20 cl of sparkling water
• 14 mint leaves
• 4 tsp Cane Syrup
• 1 lime

Preparation steps

1. Add the lemon to the thermomix bowl.
2. Mix 15 seconds, speed 10.
3. Save the juice.
4. Add the rum, lemon juice and sugar to the bowl.
5. Mix ten seconds, speed five.
6. Add the mint leaves to both mojito glasses.
7. Press gently with a cocktail muddler.
8. Pour the mixture into both glasses.
9. Fill with crushed ice.



Decoration: Add a slice of lime and a head of mint.
