Mango, Passion Fruit, and Marshmallow Alcohol-Free Cocktail

Ingredients

• 20 cl of coconut cream
• 15 cl of passion fruit juice
• 200 g of mango pulp
• 50 g of granulated sugar
• 2 marshmallow candies
• A pinch of cinnamon
• 1 mango
• 1 lime

Preparation steps

1. In a blender, combine the mango pulp, passion fruit juice, lime juice, coconut cream, and cinnamon. Blend briefly.
2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill.
3. Clean, peel, and dice the mango.
4. Prepare a skewer by alternating the mango cubes and marshmallow pieces.
5. Heat a pan over low heat and caramelize the sugar.
6. Gently roll the skewer in the caramel to coat it.
7. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and add crushed ice.
8. Blend again to achieve a homogeneous consistency.
9. Serve in cocktail glasses, decorating each glass with a caramelized mango and marshmallow skewer.
