Freix Mojito, a Sparkling Spanish Twist

Ingredients

• 4 cl Manzana (apple liqueur)
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 0.5 cl cane syrup
• 1 lime
• 10 mint leaves
• Gran Cordon Negro (Spanish sparkling wine)

Preparation steps

1. Wash and dice the lime.
2. Add the lime pieces, brown sugar, mint leaves, and cane syrup to a large glass.
3. Gently crush the mixture with a muddler.
4. Pour in the Manzana and gently stir from the bottom up with a spoon.
5. Divide the mixture into four long drink glasses.
6. Top up each glass with Gran Cordon Negro.
