Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of 75 cL Champagne (or Crémant, or sparkling wine)
  • 750 grams of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 20 cL of Cointreau
  • 25 cL of cane sugar syrup

Preparation steps

  1. Start by pouring the cane sugar syrup into a large bowl.
  2. Add the Cointreau to the mixture.
  3. Incorporate the raspberries into the preparation.
