Sparkling Bison Grass Cocktail

Ingredients

• 3 cl bison grass vodka
• 2 cl natural apple juice
• 1 cl green apple liqueur
• 0.5 cl fresh lime juice
• 0.5 cl cane sugar syrup
• 3-4 fresh mint leaves
• 5-6 ice cubes

Preparation steps

1. Start by placing ice cubes in the bottom part of the shaker.
2. Add the bison grass vodka, apple juice, green apple liqueur, fresh lime juice, cane sugar syrup, and mint leaves.
3. Attach the top part of the shaker.
4. Shake vigorously for about 8 to 10 seconds.
5. Strain the mixture directly into a martini glass using a cocktail strainer.
