Solar Arbor - Elegant Cocktail

Ingredients

• 40 ml gin
• 20 ml dry vermouth
• 10 ml maraschino liqueur
• 1 fresh lemon zest
• 5-6 ice cubes

Preparation steps

1. Place ice cubes in a mixing glass.
2. Pour gin, dry vermouth, and maraschino liqueur over the ice.
3. Gently stir the mixture with a mixing spoon.
4. Strain the mixture into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
5. Cut a strip of lemon zest and squeeze it over the glass to release its essence. Then add the zest to the glass.
