The Attaboy is a sophisticated cocktail that beautifully combines the smoothness of gin, the subtle flavor of dry vermouth, and the fruity hint of grenadine. Enhanced with a fresh lemon zest, this cocktail is a true sensory delight, perfect for an elegant evening.


Ingredients

  • 40 ml of gin
  • 20 ml of dry vermouth
  • 10 ml of grenadine syrup
  • 1 untreated lemon zest
  • 5 to 6 ice cubes

Preparation steps

  1. Start by placing the ice cubes in the lower part of the shaker.
  2. Add the gin, dry vermouth, and grenadine syrup.
  3. Close the shaker with its top part and shake vigorously to mix the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a martini glass using an ice strainer to hold back the ice cubes.
  5. Carve a zest of lemon with a peeler. Squeeze the zest over the glass to release its essential oils, then place it in the cocktail.
