The Rum Fizz is a variation of the Gin Fizz that uses white rum instead of gin for a sweeter and more aromatic cocktail.


Ingredients

  • 60ml white rum
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation steps

  1. Pour the white rum, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  3. Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top up with soda water and gently stir.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
