Ingredients

  • 25g beetroot
  • 40g silken tofu
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • One 2.5cm x 2.5cm cube ginger
  • 3 medium strawberries
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop ice, about 50g

Preparation steps

  1. Prepare all the ingredients: wash the beetroot, strawberries, and mint. Peel the ginger and beetroot.
  2. Place the beetroot, tofu, mint, banana, ginger, and strawberries in a blender.
