Cucumber and Radish Beet Smoothie

Very complete smoothie, full of vitamins with beet, cucumber and radish.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon Chives
  • 1 handful of radishes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 5 stirred yoghurt
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 2 Cooked red beets

Preparation steps

  1. Peel, seed and slice the cucumber.
  2. Peel and dice the beets.
  3. Add the vegetables to a blender with the yogurt and herbs.
  4. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice.
  5. Mix several seconds.
  6. Couvrir et réserver au moins 1 heure.
  7. Serve in smoothie glasses.
