Beet Smoothie

Antioxidant and refreshing beetroot smoothie.


Ingredients

  • 2 glasses of orange juice
  • 250 g Red beets (cooked)
  • 2 tablespoon of Semolina Sugar
  • Orange slices

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and dice the beets.
  2. Add them in a blender with the orange juice and sugar (depending on your taste).
  3. Mix for two minutes.
  4. Serve in smoothie glasses.

  5. Decoration: Add a slice of orange.


    Tip: If you don’t like the smoothie’s consistency, add orange juice.
