Summer 4 Spice Smoothie

Sweet and fresh smoothie based on raspberry, melon, pear, pineapple and a touch of spices.


Ingredients

  • 12 cl whipped cream
  • Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 Melon
  • 1/2 Pear
  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 25 g Brown sugar
  • A pinch of "4 Spices"

Preparation steps

  1. Wash, peel and cut the pear and melon into pieces.
  2. Wash the raspberries.
  3. Add the fruit to a blender with the cream, sugar, spices and pineapple juice.
  4. Mix for several seconds.
  5. Serve in smoothie glasses.
  6. Keep cool several hours before tasting.

  7. Decoration: Add a few raspberries and a slice of pear and melon.
