IBA cocktail with whisky, wine, lemon and egg white.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl rye whiskey
  • 1 cl red wine
  • 2.5 cl brown sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cherry in syrup and 2 small orange zest

Preparation steps

  1. In a shaker filled with 3/4 of ice, put whiskey, lemon, sugar and egg white
  2. Shake and filter in a glass filled with ice
  3. Put the wine on the back of a spoon
  4. Garnish with orange zest, cherry and other orange zest on a skewer
