Apple & Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large apple, cored
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 10 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 45 ml of low-fat yogurt

Preparation steps

  1. Thoroughly wash the spinach, blueberries, and strawberries. Peel and cut the apple into pieces.
  2. Place all the fruits and spinach into a blender.
  3. Add the yogurt.
