Fruity and refreshing smoothie special flat stomach.


Ingredients

  • 1 Yogurt with Greek nature
  • 100 g fresh Epinard shoots
  • 50 g Blueberries, preferably frozen
  • 50 g Pineapple, coarsely cut
  • 10 cl Water
  • 1 tablespoon almond purée

Preparation steps

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix a few minutes.
  3. Pour into a glass
