A fruity cocktail based on cognac, litchi nectar and blackberry cream. The whole is accompanied by a touch of character and sweetness to give you a glimpse of the unique flavors of this cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Cognac
  • 6 cl Litchi nectar
  • 3 cl Blackberry cream

Preparation steps

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in the cognac, the litchi nectar and the blackberry cream.
  3. Shake energetically.
  4. Serve in a cocktail dish by filtering the ice cubes.
  5. Stir with a spoon.
