This recipe for Summer Fruit Smoothie with milk, plums, bananas and vitamin-packed melons is perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack! It can also be adapted for lactose intolerances by replacing milk with an alternative vegetable substitute. To get even more creamy and rich texture, just try adding yogurt instead of milk in your smoothie !


Ingredients

  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 8 Plums
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Melons

Preparation steps

  1. Wash, peel and cut the fruit into pieces.
  2. Add them to a blender with the milk.
  3. Mix several seconds.
  4. Reserve the preparation at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve in large glasses.

  6. Decoration: Add a skewer of fresh fruit (plum, banana, melon...).
