Combining the sweetness of raspberries with the freshness of pineapple, the zing of lime, and the subtlety of mint, this smoothie is both delicious and refreshing. Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 7 raspberries
  • 2 plain yogurts
  • 1/2 lime
  • 4 mint leaves

Preparation steps

  1. Start by peeling the pineapple and cutting it into pieces. Set aside two small pieces for the final decoration.
  2. Take two strips of lime peel and reserve them for decoration as well.
  3. In a blender, add 5 raspberries, the pineapple pieces, and the yogurts.
  4. Squeeze the juice from the half lime directly into the blender.
  5. Blend everything for several seconds until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous texture.
  6. Pour the smoothie into long drink glasses.
  7. Decoration: Create fruit skewers by threading a mint leaf, a piece of pineapple, a raspberry, a folded strip of lime peel, and finish with another mint leaf onto a toothpick.
  8. Repeat the process for a second skewer.
  9. Place these skewers across the rim of the glasses for an elegant presentation.
