Canadian Raspberry Label

Ingredients

• 5 cl Canadian Whisky
• 3 cl squeezed lime juice
• 1 cl Raspberry liqueur
• Ginger ale
• 6 Fresh mint leaves
• A few raspberries for decoration

Preparation steps

1. Add the mint leaves, whiskey, lemon juice and raspberry liqueur to a cocktail glass.
2. Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
3. Add some crushed ice.
4. Extend with ginger ale.
5. Mix with a spoon from bottom to top.



Decoration: Add a head of fresh mint, raspberries and a slice of lime.
