Peppermint Christmas Martini

This beautiful festive cocktail recipe combines the spicy burst of peppermint with the smooth creaminess of white chocolate liqueur. Get ready for a moment of pure delight as each sip transports you to a winter wonderland. Preparation takes 5 minutes !


Ingredients

  • 4 candy canes
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 120 ml of white chocolate liqueur
  • 60 ml of vanilla vodka
  • 60 ml of light cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pure peppermint extract

Preparation steps

  1. Place the candy canes in a sturdy plastic bag and seal it.
  2. Use a rolling pin or a heavy skillet to crush them coarsely.
  3. You can also use a blender, pulsing intermittently.
  4. In a shallow dish, mix the sugar and water until well combined. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the sugar syrup and then into the crushed candies to get a light coating.
  5. Fill a shaker two-thirds full with ice.
  6. Add the white chocolate liqueur, light cream, vanilla vodka, and peppermint extract.
  7. Shake until well mixed and chilled.
  8. Strain the mixture into martini glasses.
  9. Serve immediately for a refreshing and revitalizing experience.
