Ingredients

• 9 cl of passion fruit nectar
• 3 cl of lime nectar
• 1 cl of cane syrup
• 2 slices of ginger
• 3 drops of chili sauce

Preparation steps

1. In a long drink glass, place the ginger slices, cane syrup, and chili sauce.
2. Use a muddler to gently crush the ginger and mix the ingredients.
3. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.
4. Gently pour in the passion fruit and lime nectars.
5. For the final touch, add a twist of lime zest on top of the cocktail.
