Lemon-Infused Vodka

Ingredients

• 50 ml of vodka
• 1/2 organic lime
• 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
• 3 or 4 crushed ice cubes

Preparation steps

1. Slice the half lime into four wedges.
2. Place the granulated sugar in a whiskey glass and cover it with the lime wedges.
3. Gently crush the lime wedges with a muddler to release their juice.
4. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
5. Pour the vodka over the ice.
6. Stir the cocktail gently with a long spoon for about 8 to 10 seconds.
7. Serve immediately to enjoy the crisp freshness.
