Hot Cinnamon Milk

Hot cinnamon milk is a great way to relax and sleep. Cinnamon is a soothing spice that can help relieve cramps and pain. Ingredients

  • 500 ml whole milk or 1/2 skim
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Preparation steps

  1. Heat milk and cinnamon in a saucepan
  2. Let steep over medium heat until milk quivers
  3. Get off the heat and add the honey
  4. Serve hot sprinkled with cinnamon
